Ever wondered how many countries you've actually been to — and what percentage of the world
that is? Tap them on the map and find out in seconds. No signup, no app to download. Switch to wishlist
mode to plan where you're headed next, then share your map anywhere or embed it on your own site.
How it works
Tap any of the 241 countries and territories on the map — the counter updates live with your visited count, world percentage and continents touched. Switch to "Want to go" mode for a wishlist in a second colour. Share with one link; the whole map encodes into the URL (no server, no account). Tiny island states appear as dot markers so they stay tappable.
Frequently asked
How do I work out how many countries I've visited?
Tap each country you've set foot in. The counter tallies them live and shows what percentage of the world's countries you've explored, plus how many continents you've touched.
Can I share or embed my map?
Yes. Your whole map is encoded into the page link, so sharing the link shares the map — nothing is stored on a server. Bloggers can drop the interactive map into a post with one line of embed code.
Can I mark places I want to go?
Switch to "Want to go" mode and tap your wishlist countries — they show in a second colour so you can see where you've been and where you're headed at a glance.
What counts as "visited"?
That's entirely up to you — airport transit, a cruise port stop, a day trip or a multi-week stay can all count. The map reflects what you choose to mark.
Does the map save automatically?
Your map is cached in your browser's local storage so it's there when you return, and encoded in the URL whenever you share or copy the link. No account or server is involved.
🌍 "% of the world" is your visited count out of 241 countries and major territories shown on the map. A schematic world map — tiny island states appear as markers so they stay tappable.
